Having been in the sex therapy Field for over ten years now I feel that is is improving life that leads to improving your sex life. Working on one's self image and inner being is important to having a better sex life. If you feel less about yourself then you will feel less about yourself in all walks of your life.
In my book "My Bedside Companion," (google it) I wont spam it here it is not the place for it. I teach women how to better themselves. Being overweight, too skinny, short or tall, big breasted or small breasted has nothing to do with feeling sexual at all. Too men, it doesn't matter much either because they want what they want. Sorry guys but this is truth. If a woman with low self esteem is approached by a man she is willing to sleep with him because he knows what she needs to hear. She craves the attention and that usually leads to hooking up with the wrong man. If you work on image, mindsets and feel great about yourself the rest is easy. A woman in control with all she surveys usually get it all and she can now choose who she wants to be with.
Self help books are good if they are specific in nature. Like anything in life, choose everything wisely. Choose your words, foods, as well as partners wisely and over everything else, get your heads on straight and be the women you deserve to be.
