Gaining weight is really easy to do but once you have packed the pounds on loosing them can be extremely hard. Many look for a "miracle pill", one that will help loose weight, so you can look fabulous fast. Well, Hollywood has a new craze called, "Combo Pilling".

Combo Pilling is the combination of two diet pills. Several combinations have been spotted such as, Zantrex-3 and Smartburn for Women, Xenadrine and Hydroxycut, SlimTron HGS & Hype and the most popular cocktail in Combo Pilling Zantrex-3 and Relacore.

The basic concept behind Combo Pilling is to increase the metabolism, enhance your mood and curb your hunger. In todays world, you can get anything from a gel to rub on your body to target specific spots to diet pills that concentrate on certain areas (or so they says). The big question is do they actually work?

Let's take a look at the most popular cocktail, Zantrex-3 and Relacore

Zantrex-3 offers rapid weight loss and an extreme energy boost. The makers have dubbed it the "Super Pill". It promises 546% more weight loss than the leading ephedrine-based diet pill. Remember? Ephedra was the one that caused all those heart attacks. Scary. Although Zantrex-3 does not contain ephedrine, it is a new category of bifurcated weight loss compounds.

Relacore is a mood elavating, anti-stress pill that promises to nip the anxiety bug on its tracks. The makers of Relacore state that the product can help balance the hormones levels that induce stress related belly fat. They may actually be on to something, America may be getting fat because we are all stresses (over-indulgence and lack of exercise may not actually be main contributors).

These two diet pills taken in combination would essentially speed up your metabolism, curb your hunger, elevate your mood, and increase your energy. But you have to ask yourself, what about the side effects?

Side-effect for Zantrex-3:
Include 'jitters', increased heart rate, nausea, restlessness, and cold sweats, along with severe withdrawal symptoms when usage is ceased. Although these are caffeine related side-effects, the makers fail to provide supporting information from so-called laboratory studies.

Side-effects for Relacore:
The makers of Relacore claim there are no side-effects but Some dieters who take Relacore have reported blurred vision, tiredness, and changes in blood pressure.

Combo Pilling can be a dangerous, I personally don't recommend it. If you want to loose weight fast, try reducing your calorie intake and increase you calorie expenditure. In plain terms, cut the junk food and get off your booty and get some exercise.
