Songs: Breakdowns

by Ethan Womack

Created on: August 12, 2007

At the beating of my heart
I'll let you tear me apart
And if my hand falls asleep
I'll cut it off because it's weak
And if I start to feel my tongue
I'll lick some ice to keep it numb
At the time my mind comes alive
I'll blow it right back out and die

Nothing is real anyway
Nothing is real anyway
Nothing is real today

And as my lungs cave in
And my vision starts to dim
Everything will go away
And I'll die to live another day
Cutting off my circulation now
I'll watch as my head goes down
Pick me up and put me in the ground
Blind my mouth so I don't make a sound

Nothing is real anyway
Nothing is real anyway
Nothing is real today
Nothing is real anyway
Nothing is real anyway
Nothing is real today
