The fourth component of your credit report is a detailed list of all the inquiries of your credit report in the past twelve months. It lists the name of the company and the date of the inquiry. The first part of the detailed inquiry list, is a the list of inquiries that you authorized the second is a list of companies that requested information about your credit history.
The fifth component of your credit report lists if you ever had any accounts that have been turned over to collection agencies.
The sixth component of your credit report is public records. The public records section lists any outstanding judgments, bankruptcies, garnishments or liens against you.
The seventh component of your credit report is the dispute information file, this contains all the information necessary to dispute any information that you have found to be incorrect on your credit report.
The eight component of your credit report is information concerning your rights from the (FCRA) The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and provides important information regarding your rights, for example, knowing what is in your file, being told if something contained in your filed is being used against you, identity theft, fraud alerts as well as other pertinent information and complaint addresses.
The ninth component of your credit report contains more information about identity theft and fraud alerts.
The final component of your credit report contains information about your rights under state law.
As you look through your credit report, go through it slowly and take a deep breath. The information contained is all about you and your credit history file. If your credit report does not look as positive as you would like, thats okay you can work on improving your credit history. If you find any information that looks out of place, check it out, it is better to be safe than sorry.
