Breath into to it,
allowing it to be filled.
Then exhale slowly, gently
feeling the last of the air leave
feel the desire to breath, feel it
now breath, breath in a short breaths
exhale it out. Now a deeper breath
let it out slowly feeling the sensations
in the chest and diaphragm.
Breath into to those sensations, feel them,
breath into the vision of those sensations in
upper chest, lower chest and diaphragm.
Let the air flow into the vision of
those sensations, tingling, gasping, feelings
of breath and life. Breath into lower diaphragm
and watch the lungs fill, air being pushed in.
Watch the sensations, tingling spread into
arms, legs, back forehead.
breath into the images of those sensations
and allow the breath to flow to its rhythm.
See the tingles and warm streamies flow
about your body. Breathing deeply,
increase the flow of the streamies into the feet
the souls of feet, the palms of hands, the nape of neck
breath and hold, hold, hold, hold,
now let go, allow the breath completely leave your body then,
feel your body filling
feel the sensations all over, allow the streamies and
tinglies...
allow the warm naturally deep beat of breathing and feeling.
