Poetry: Breathing

Breath into to it,

allowing it to be filled.

Then exhale slowly, gently

feeling the last of the air leave

feel the desire to breath, feel it

now breath, breath in a short breaths

exhale it out. Now a deeper breath

let it out slowly feeling the sensations

in the chest and diaphragm.

Breath into to those sensations, feel them,

breath into the vision of those sensations in

upper chest, lower chest and diaphragm.

Let the air flow into the vision of

those sensations, tingling, gasping, feelings

of breath and life. Breath into lower diaphragm

and watch the lungs fill, air being pushed in.

Watch the sensations, tingling spread into

arms, legs, back forehead.

breath into the images of those sensations

and allow the breath to flow to its rhythm.

See the tingles and warm streamies flow

about your body. Breathing deeply,

increase the flow of the streamies into the feet

the souls of feet, the palms of hands, the nape of neck

breath and hold, hold, hold, hold,

now let go, allow the breath completely leave your body then,

feel your body filling

feel the sensations all over, allow the streamies and

tinglies...

allow the warm naturally deep beat of breathing and feeling.

    Ahh,
    The essence of life.
From the beginning, the Maker of light.
    From dust we were made,
    His Breath giving life.
