Spa techniques for getting rid of cellulite

Cellulite is a "dirty" word to many of us women who want to keep our bodies in the best shape we can. But it seems once the cellulite is there, it is hard to lose as these enlarged fat cells of dimples and bumps on the skin-usually the thighs and buttocks, is general accumulated over time.

But a note-worth spa offers much in reducing these unsightly spaces that hone their way against healthy tissues. Body wraps is a well-received method for reducing cellulite. This procedure works when cellulite is caused from by lots of water mixing with fats underneath the skin. In this case, many spas offer clients plastic or rubber wraps around special body areas such as the waist and abdomen. Often, these wraps are used with creams or herbal solutions.

Also, massage is an accepted method for reducing cellulite. As the massage triggers muscle contractions physical exercise is simulated.

Most spas offer exercise programs with the banishment of cellulite in mind, including slow motion routines such as yoga and Tai Chi.

Healthy diets that include fat-burning extracts such as found in caffeine, green tea, algae, L-carnitine, capsicum, retinal A, shea butter, and horsetail are often recommended. These extracts, especiall caffeine, algae and green tea help break down fat cells to allow better blood flow that eliminates some fats and toxins. Creams containing these solutions are often used during massage therapy.
