Break me-
I'm no good whole
When things are going well
There's no cause to fight
Break me-
There's nothing else to blame
No one here but you and me
I'll take responsibility
Break me-
There's a message for you
When you turn away from God
It's you with your back to Him
Break me-
It'll feel good
You can look in the mirror
And see something you've always dreaded
Break me-
Undo the man you wanted to be
Give in to your anger, hatred, and fear
Follow through with the punch
Break me-
Bruise your knuckles on my face
Shatter me like a window
Slash your hands on the shards
Break me-
Look at me as I lay there
Battered and bleeding
And know that you did this
Break me-
And every other promise you made
The promise you'd never hurt me
The promise you'd never grow up to be him
Break me-
It's too late now
You chose this path
Now deal with the price

Will I slip into madness?
Will no one calm my fears?
