There must be controls established that will restrict Political Judicial Activism by judges. The Constitution says what it says but all too many times the judges of America discard the only interpretation there is and make up 'supposed' interpretations that never existed.

The Federal Courts should never run afoul of the Constitution yet do so on a regular basis. The US Supreme Court has given meanings to the Constitution that were not only wrong but were never intended in the first place. Abortion, pornography, Imminent Domain, Prayer in School, and such issues are just a few of the matters that must be addressed.

Judges allow pedophiles to advertise their filth an tell us, "It's their Right under the First Amendment." How inane and, how stupid do they think we are? If these acts were to have taken place in the past I'd bet our forefathers would have never attempted to explain this away as a Right! The offenders would have been put in 'stocks.'

Prayer in school is a real thorn yet that right has been taken away while tax dollars are being spent on foot baths for Muslims. One Muslim8m group is seeking to be allowed time out for prayer although the firm that employees them has made it known that time out would cause financial damages. Another man wants to ban a 'moment of silence' in schools. It is his contention that this is tantamount to prayer in schools. I suggest we all watch this closely. The courts ruled that students are not to say a prayer before High School football games. Another court rules that Muslims must be allowed to establish 'Prayer Rooms' in schools!

The judges have to either 'follow the law,' 'follow the Constitution' or expect to be legislated against. Likewise the Congress must be compelled to do the same. No more "You do the crime and we will assist you in the cover-up." That is the way it appears in the Party of the Left! Supposedly this is a nation of laws. OK but to whom do those laws apply and does the meaning of such laws change according to the person involved?
