Taking it to court: What to do when sites don't pay up

(1)First of all many a times you dont know who those people owning those programs are, where on earth they come from and even if you know, you will discover that they come from other part of the world, making it impossible to make legal proceedings...

(2)You have not signed any legal contract with them, they are not obliged to pay you. The Terms of Service are simply there to save them and not you.

(3)Most of the scam site operate and earn money because they know they CAN. They cannot be touched legally..

(4)Law enforcement agencies simply will not be interested and civil lawsuits will not work for fictitious people. You may have tough time finding grounds to SUE them.

(5)Will you take them to court for a mere $5 or $6 and pay up a greater amount as fees. This is the reason why so many scams run on internet, the only way to stop them is stop signing up. We all have to WAKE UP and stop getting scammed.
