of Philosophy, like "What is a God?" and "Are we not ALL God's children?" However, the question at hand is whether they are "Good News". From my view, given the pros and cons of the piece, I'd rather do without.

And for you "True Believers", now that I have your attention: why do you have so much trouble doing what Jesus told you? Love your brothers and sisters, for we are all one family unto God. Is that really so hard? Jesus's story is pretty clear - do as he has done, not simply worship him. He was trying to lead you on a worthy path, to walk along beside him, yet you fall to your knees instead. Rise up, embrace who and what you are. Think for yourselves, and, for God's sake, help lead the rest of mankind, not subjugate it.

Even Jesus himself would agree - it is the message, not the man, that is important. It is devotion to what God has wrought - this world, and all who dwell here - that counts, not devotion to God as an abstract creator-entity. God is in you, too, as in all things, so how is wasting your time in supplication to yourself going to right the wrongs, and stem the tide of evil? No serial killer will get into Heaven for praising God's name, or going to Church, nor will those who make a real difference in this world for good be denied entry because the name they praise isn't "Jesus".

Do what is right because you know it is right, not because God threatened you with fire and brimstone. God is in you - that makes the well-being of all YOUR responsiblity. God-Fearing people take heed: it is what you do with your life that determines who you are, and what fate awaits you. It is your life: rise up and Live it.
