I may seem to be a Global Test Market groupie from the number of times it gets a plug in my answers, but if you want to be certain of joining a site that pays for referrals as well as paying you for surveys, you can't go wrong with them.

I get at least 5 surveys a week, and more at weekends (I've had three today already), which pay up to 100 points a time (cashout at 3000 points, which is around £30/$50).

But if you choose to refer friends as well, you make 100 points for each unique signup - you'd cash out very quickly indeed!

One thing to note is that you can only sign up a HOUSEHOLD and not an individual, so this might knock your referrals down a bit if you were planning to sign up everyone else you lived with.

For the record, I never had any luck with any so-called "downline" programmes in the past, either never cashing out, or never getting paid.

Stick to one that pays. I've had two cheques this year so far. Best of luck
