Coal bed methane discovered in Wyoming, US: Destroying the land for the sake of fuel

while it is true that CBM will do away with a small portion of grazing lands, stop and think of what it would be like if we ran out of fuel!

The electrical generators would stop since SOME of them run on natural gas, city busses would stop, since SOME of them run on LPG, delivery trucks that bring you food would stop, since SOME of them run on LPG, and that would be only the beginning of REAL trouble!

How would you like to have to get into a physical fight to wrest food away from another person because of the POSSIBLE shortages this might bring about!

It has been posted that this could bring up a great deal of waste water from the depths, and from what I know of the process, it just may, however, that would NOT spoil the aquifer that we get drinking water from, since that is a different case altogether.

Bring about the deaths of wild animals? The Alkali water holes of the west have few if any remains of dead animals around them, they just don't drink from those poison pools.
