despite my
fat thighs,
hot temper,
early morning urges,

irrational thought patterns,
dirty sense of humor,
and all I can do is try to be worthy.
Am I?
You say
Yes.

by Debbie Luyo

Of his white robe
The dogs didn't notice
Too busy sniffing
