The trambus of Bologna tried for you

There is a way to visit Bologna which remains in your heart, a means which mixes the pleasure to the culture, in one hour dedicated to the discover of one of the most beautiful and richest of history Italian cities - which is Bologna: the trambus open.

The service is offered by a Roman society which has already put it into operation in the Italian capital city and which from the past summer has launched the project also in Bologna, achieving a very satistying result; it is about a means of transporting at midway between the tram and the bus, a tourist tour at the open air at the second floor of the means which reaches the basic and most picturesque legs of the city.

It is nice to choose to take the trambus in the period of spring-summer to enjoy the cool air from your own seat at the open air and, in every case, whichever period you choose to take the "Giro TP" city tour, it will be exciting to have an atypical total view of Bologna, just from the high on the means.

It is suggested to go on board at the stop n 1, which is the one in front of the Railway Station, then to follow the whole panoramic itinerary onto the trambus. The legs reached where the other stops are placed are 12 in all and they snakes in the areas of the Arena del Sole Theatre, of Piazza Maggiore, of Strada Maggiore, of the Carducci Zone, of S. Stefano, of Piazza Cavour, of the Giardini Margherita, of S. Onto the trambus it is offered the service "hop on - hop off", so that you can go on board and leave to your taste in each stop or only in the ones you prefer, the ticket of 10 per head is purchasable on board or in the ATcitt dispensers, the conventioned hotels and at the tourist information office and it is valid for the whole day; on board you will receive the map of the itinerary covered by the trambus and of the different timetable of connections (5 rides during the whole day), together with a pair of earphones per head to listen to the explanation of what you see in the language of belonging.

The service offered by the Roman society has certainly contributed to bring even more prestige to the tourist services of Bologna, the transit of the trambus along the streets of the city arouses always big amazement and desire to try it among the passers, once onto the means you will want to stay for a second tour to enjoy even more the typical bolognese panorama, monuments and buildings.
