The United States didn't have a choice. Being the leader in world politics was forced upon us by the rest of the world because most of the world depends on the United States. Where would the world be today if it wasn't for the United States? We provide more funding for more programs to help more people than the rest of the world governments combined. If we pulled our funding and aid programs half the world would starve to death, die from disease or all kill each other.

Not only are we the leader in world politics be we are also the "Policemen" of the world. Without the threat of the U.S. Military countries would be invading each other every day.

We are the leaders in politics, because, even with all our faults, the U.S. Government (meaning "we the people") are the most generous, fairest, and compassionate people on earth.

Take a look at the so called leaders the other world governments have sent to the United Nations to represent their own countries. They don't care about their own people let alone anyone else. The majority of them come from dictatorships or socialist type governments. They can't agree on anything worthwhile unless there is some economic benefit to them personally and if a few of their citizens happen to get a well dug for them or better health care facility that's okay as long as the United States is supplying the money, manpower and materials.

The United States seems to be one of the only few governments that recognizes evil in this world for what it really is. Without the United States there to set some standard of decency the whole world would be in flames. Thank god there are some countries with the backbone to stand with us. But, for the most part we stand alone and that's okay too because we are the standard the rest of the world wishes they were. Why do you think everyone is trying to break in here and not out?
