HEALTH AND FITNEES
I am writing about Health and Fitness because it is dangerous if you dont have proper health or fitnees, because you can be in trouble because your body will be unhealthy and if you dont have the proper fitness you want be strong. You need to eat properly beacsue if you eat un healthy you will be sick and you will gain extra weight you will have to work out or you can run laps if you laps you can take out all of your fat of your chest then you also try playing soccer or basketball and swimming those are good sports because they are one of the best ways to lose weight. Health you should also quit smoking because you can also die faster because your lungs will turn black and it will block your lungs and it is harder to breath because it blocks your lungs.
