The difference between running and jogging

According to dictionary.com the best unabridged explanation would be that "running" is "to go quickly by moving the legs more rapidly than at a walk and in such a manner that for an instant in each step all or both feet are off the ground";whereas,"jogging" is "to run leisurely at slow space as in an outdoor or indoor exercise or activity.
Running is usually characterized by prizes, rewards, and endowments as a means of appreciating a person's efforts and contributions for his community.
Jogging is often regarded as a means by which we maintain mental, physical, and body shapes and forms and stay in good personal health. It is good to jog every morning when you wake up and every afternoon when you are back from work.Doing so will always keep you in good body and mental conditions. Most medical professionals such as nurses, massage therapists,...,doctors do highly and heavily recommend this type of exercise especially to the least physically fit people so that they may at least possess an acceptable shape both psychologically and physically.
