If faith is truly faith, then the individual believes with every bit of their being. Their faith then will dictate their life, because it is ultimate truth to them. If it is not treated as truth in all parts of the individual's life, it is nothing more than religious ceremony and tedious ritual. Faith requires absolute commitment.

That said, it is imperative for one's faith to influence his or her vote. If it does not, it is not truly faith. Faith should be the mantra by which the entire life is lived. It is not a footnote to be tacked on when convenient. So, if one truly has faith, his or her entire life will be lived with that faith in mind. It will be followed in all parts of life. And, so, the way he or she votes will be determined by faith.

Voting is a personal matter and will always include person opinion. Faith is a part of this opinion. So, yes, one's faith should influence his or her vote.
