The health benefits of running

First of all you ll be slim, and as you run regularly your skin will be healthy. Because, when you run the sweat that comes out helps keep skin better(sweat has lysosomal enzyme that kills bacteria....etc..).
Runners will have a sound sleep, so no DARKCIRCLES below the eyes, listen it saves you so much on cosmetics and removes the emotional burden one gets when he/she sees the dark circles..you ll nt be fat. If you add little muscle building exercises(for men)you will be awesome, in skin tights. Girls who run for fitness drive people carzy with their shape. Why am i so much bothered about looks?


If you look good you feel good and it reflects in all aspects of life.Running is more an outdoor activity, you meet people freinds, which ll help keep you in good spirits.Running gives you a sense of achievement,self confidence...etc..
Running brings discipline and order to your life like this there are many, many benefits...




Its a rational fact that running relieves us from tensions,improves our mental health inaddition to contributing towards our physical health.
Physical health: I ll start with heart, running keeps your heart clean from fat deposition. So blood flows smoothly, so all organs(body parts )works well as heart is good. In developed countries heart attack is the biggest contributor to death rate, if everybody starts running, this can be fought much better.
You ll have more stamina, endurance. Suddenly you see a snake, or a thug is after you, you run faster and escape better(kidding but it can be true). let me explain further, who moves faster in hollywood movies? the slim and strong hero. If you do little muscle building exercises in addition to running you can move like James Bond/Bond girl.
Well, the fact is that as already said, it gives stamina and also agility, your body moves better, because running involves all parts of body. So all the body parts ll be in condition, like a well maintained machine.

Still , you need nt worry about checking the enregy contents when you eat food, as running is better exercise in terms of calories needed when compared to other physical activities, so don't worry about using cholesterol free food,fat free milk etc...just enjoy the food.
Well do you want enjoy the Friday/Saturday night disco/dance floor, then start running...
