Should you buy a property that has mold?

the Medical profession in large do true scientific studies on the effects of mold mycotoxins, all their talk about harmlessness is nothing more than wishful thinking and potentially dangerous to the public in general.

There are studies going on to prove and provide evidence to the damages caused by mold on the human body, here are just a couple of examples. If you would like to know more about trichothesenes, (just one of the many mycotoxins produced by a few specific molds) Google "trichothecene mycotoxin".

Trichothesenes are a mycotoxin put out by Fusarium, Myrothecium and Stachybotris are being studied for their toxic effect on DNA and Dendritic cells:

Trichothecene Mycotoxin T-2 Toxins AKA Yellow Rain has a long list of human biological adverse effects including reduced cardiac output, shock and death in large concentrations, and while the mold in your house may not be producing large volumes of it, a continual exposure to increased level can potentially have cumulative effects:

The first two links provide just two of the many hundreds of world wide researches on the cytotoxicity of mold mycotoxins on the human body, and these only focus on the ones we know are dangerous which have probably put them at the top of the list for research, this does not mean that green bread mold or any other mold is harmless. Mold has one function on this earth, and that is to break down and consume biological matter. If you buy a home with mold growing in it, especially if it is hidden behind the walls or ceilings, you cannot look at it and say, Oh that isn't stachybotris, so it is safe, because current science really does not know and does not have any research backing it's safety or danger. You also cannot look at a mold and say that is aspergillus or stachybotris because there are so many different strains of each, some more toxic than others and you cannot distinguish by look at it. The real key in mold is not, one is toxic and one is not, the key is, one is LESS toxic than another. They all protect their spores with a mycotoxic chemical to protect the spores and every mycotoxin can potentially compromise your health.

My family lived in a house that had toxic mold growing within the walls, completely unseen. Each year we suffered more and more health issues,
