If you are going to bring a child into this world, a place that no one person has ever been given a choice to come to, then by all means you will pay for that child, for the rest of their life. A parent is to be there for emotional support, physical support, and monetary support. A parent does not get to pick and choose which one or even two. All three, and then some, are what people need to start understanding they must be prepared for when they so selfishly decided to pair up and "rear" a child together.

Most adults do not even think that it is their "responsibility" to supply their child with a dependable car at age sixteen, let alone pay for their child's car insurance. How wrong this is. Just the same as making sure you have enough monetary funds available pre-birth for the proper health care needed for the mother, and technically for the father too, one must have monetary funds available for this precious little bundle of joy after birth in addition.

Adults do not understand that it is their full responsibility to seek health care for the unborn child before birth. It is their full responsibility to be able to pay for toys and activities for this child to develop properly in the early stages of its life, such as from birth to five years.

Adults seem to not understand that whatever the current life stance is for "having things" is what each parent should be able to bring to the table. "Doing without" does nothing but hinder the small child's growing mind. It is the parents' responsibility to bring to this child's life MORE than just the "bare necessities to life". Life is more than this. A child should not be born into this world unless each parent understands this AND can support any monetary need.

In addition, a parent should understand that there are phases in each child's life that requires large amounts of money. Such as, when the child turns sixteen. A car is mandatory this day in age. A cell phone is a close second. Thanks to roadway laws, car insurance is a must too. It is the parents' full responsibility to create a monetary support system in which each child they "rear" will have what they need to become a productive citizen to our society.

It is not the child's fault that they were born to this Planet and now need a car AND car insurance. It is not the responsibility of the child by no means. I hear this phrase often, "Making the child pay for his car and insurance makes the child appreciate things more."
