LISTEN
An echo whispers through the wind
It calms the fears we feel within
It soothes the wounds within us deep
It brings us peace throughout our sleep
It gently wakes us come the morn
It molds and shapes the babies born
It forms the clouds that grace the skies
It brings new sight to mortal eyes
It lends it's color to the trees
It blends the currents in the seas
It caps the mountains through the alps
It counts the hairs within our scalps
It open doors and that men have sealed
It changes minds within it's will
It pays the bills we can't afford
It's highly favored and adored
It hears the pleas that we don't speak
It stands up strong when we are weak
It heals our bods when we are ill
It knows our faults but loves us still
It gives us hope beyond mere death
It is our all when nothings left
It fights the foes we cannot beat
and keeps the oaths that we can't keep
It sets the moon and sun ablaze
It came to bless and came to save
It reaches souls that walk the earth
And knows to put the savior first
It came to give the world new faith
To make the road before you safe
To bring the word of God to light
To help the troubled through their plight
To bring to mind the gift God gave
To glorify his holy name
To lift the burdens we all bare
And give the gift of love to share.

I Owe It To My Friend
