How each child in school is special in their own way

There's many children in the world who think they need to be a certain kind of person in order to be considered 'cool.' They have to wear certain types of clothing, they have to have certain interests and hobbies, they have to have a certain personality. They have to be like somebody else in order to fit in.

What matters is who you are inside. It has nothing to do with what you look like, how you dress, how many nice things you own, etc. What matters is the special person who lives inside you. As long as you're not a child who hurts anybody or yourself in any way, that's all you need. That's all you need to be a cool person.

It's important to love people; to be a friend in every good way.
Being helpful, supportive, considerate and respectful of people's thoughts
and feelings. Sharing hugs and kisses, getting together for events, there's lots of ways to show people you love them. When you do that, it can give everybody and yourself a great feeling of pride and confidence of being alive.

So don't try to be something you aren't just to make another person feel good.
If somebody at your school or in your neighborhood doesn't want to accept who you are inside, that's their problem; not yours. Inside and out, everybody's different. Everybody's special in their own way.

Be the best you can be every day of your life.
Be a good kid.
