Welcome to the life of Jim a construction owner and blues rocker. Jim holds much of the same mannerisms as Tim Allen did in "Home Improvement". Jim is all about being "the man" and no girly things allowed. What makes this sitcom so funny is naturally Jim Belushi himself. Jim Belushi can just look straight into the camera and you start laughing because he is good at what he does.

Although Jim's character portrays the stereotypes of the manly man, he is constantly trying to win approval from his wife, Cheryl (Courtney Thorne-Smith). Just like Tim Allen, Jim always finds a way into some sort of dilemma and does the cover up act lest his wife finds out. To round out the show, Jim does have three kids, a sister-in-law, and brother-in-law who as you would guess, have different little quirks about them.

So on Wednesday nights at 8/7c go on over to ABC and have a good laugh on them. Hey, it's free.
