People who suffer cardiovascular diseases or have a degree of osteoarthritis in the joints of their knees may damage their health and better avoid running. Running is an intensive sport and a doctor will examine the condition of your heart and often a blood research is necessary. If you don't suffer any of these diseases; running will likely offer the health benefits you need.
Running may help you to lose the necessary pounds if you regular practice this sport and follow a well balanced diet. This will help you to increase your resistance against bacteria and viruses. Running keeps you healthy and will help you to avoid stress. This sport creates a higher concentration of white blood cells which are necessary to win the battle against bacteria's, viruses and several other diseases.

The risk of blood clots will be reduced and running makes it possible that you use almost 50 % more of your lungs than usually.
Regular running is the key to have success and to enjoy the health benefits but only in combination with a well balanced diet which provides the necessary vitamins, carbohydrates and other necessary substances.
