The world and its presidents

My original answer was George W. Bush and though I think he is still a miserable president based on the reasons in my original answer below, I don't think he is the worst president in the world. Bashir has undertaken a campaing of religious and ethnic cleansing since early 2003. In that time at least 180,000 civilians have been killed. More than 2 million people have been driven from their homes and have left the country or are living in refugee camps.

That means about 5 percent of the population is living in refugee camps and .43 percent has been killed. IF these same percentages had occurred in the United States, that would be about 15 million or almost twice the population of New York city would be in refugee camps and 1.28 million killed.

Considering this, Bush looks pretty good.

After answering the question I started thinking and realized I couldn't name that many presidents in the world tody. So I started doing some reading and I think the worst president is Umar Hassan Ahmad AL-BASHIR, president of the Sudan.

Original answer

President Bush is the worst president in the world today.

Among US presidents, he might be the worst ever.
He has no regard for anyone who disagrees with him.
He has no reluctance to infringe on the rights of others.
He has a 'Tough Texan Cowboy' that most people lose in
high school.
He lacks maturity.
His thinking is simplistic and self-serving.
He presents 'facts' that are just simply false.
Worst of all, he has committed the USA to a military action
that is completely unjustified. He lied to justify our
entry into Iraq.
