Okay, what could be better than having your meals delivered right to you door. The Jenny Craig program does that for you. So not only do you lose weight on the Jenny Craig program, but you have limited need to actually use your kitchen. Many people swear by the Jenny Craig diet and follow it faithfully. However, as with any diet it does have its good and bad attributes.

Pros
* Obviously the first pro would be that you have your food already portioned out and delivered to you. This makes it easier to stay on track and not over eat.

* Jenny Craig offers weekly consultations and we all know support is a major factor of dieting success. The consultations are crucial to people during plateaus and rough patches.

Cons
* Well, an obvious con would be the expense of having to pay for all those pre-packaged meals. That can get pricey especially if you have a family that you still need to do regular shopping for.

* It can also be difficult to maintain the weight loss from the Jenny Craig diet if you stop purchasing the pre-packaged meals. They do offer recipes as well, but it is not quite the same as the strict portion control you get with the meal packages.

* Jenny Craig consultants are not required to hold and type of degree or certificate relating to nutrition or health. So, while they may be helpful support wise they may not fully understand the side effects of dieting.
