How to become a runner:
1)Attitude:willingness,excitem ent,and interest
One easy place to start is to turn it to a lovely interest.You should first insert it into your most favorite and cherished A-List components.Let it become something that builds character and a sense of purpose and meaning in your life.Like any other accomplished person,you might want to add willingness and fun into your running cycle from the beginning.This is the predisposition and attitude that will prepare you for the next required step of your running life.
2)Carbohydrates
It does not matter whether you plan to run short(100m,400m) or long distances(marathons),you are still going to need a lot of carbohydrates before going running.
-You may want to eat a lot of pasta
-You should take sports drinks with carbohydrates.
-spaghetti is definitely a good choice
-...etc
Pasta is said to replace what you lose and also to adjust the empty tiny holes of your muscles and body.
3)Music and a positive mind
Bringing with you a smaller IPOD or music generator will allow you to want to go faster and stay longer.Music is extremely powerful.It contains a mysteriously healing power which can bring you from stage B(stress) to stage A(joy and happiness).In most churches,they use music(worship,gospel, and adoration)before they can even start with the sermon or preaching.It reaffirms the morals and character of the whole congregation.Music is a stud!
A positive mind predicts a victory in advance.It removes stress,panic,and doubts with confidence,strength,and perseverance.Every runner that knows how to apply it should be at least as a finalist.
4)Sports Jobs
Having a sports Job will craft your running fame as well.Yet,you must show passion and devotion to this job before it can change you.
5)Running as a form prayer
Faith is part of the foundations of prayer.So,running with faith and trust in God,and running for the common good of everybody as a form of prayer will enhance your character and stir a stronger desire for endurance and consistency.You may want to run also for lives taken by surprise(Hurricane Katrina,Tsunami,9/11 horrors,the Sudanese horrors...etc) will add value and meaning to your running cycle and double your moral ethics with concern and much stronger love for your neighbors,family,and even strangers.
6)Endurance Sports Games
Soccer,football,tennis,...,ski ing,and rugby are wonderful places to start.A lot of runners I have met included myself,have all started with some of those sports games.Soccer especially demands a lot fitness and endurance for sometimes you do have some extra time.So,you have to have the courage and the strength to show that you can make the difference through your endurance.Tennis also is a great sports for beginners.It strengthens your legs as you move across and along the side of your playing ground.
