Are you distracted by shiny objects? Do you constantly change subjects without knowing you've done it? Do you have well developed neck muscles because of your incessant rubber-necking at any noise or sudden movement? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you probably require the constant reminder of what the topic at hand is (not to mention high doses of medications). If you answered no to these questions... relax, your normal (probably because of the medications).

Generally speaking, people tend to repeat questions asked to them when they a)don't know the answer, and are searching for a viable way to completely obfuscate the point, or, b) are unimaginative and have a slightly lower intelligence quotient than nature's average chimpanzee (see our president). Either way, it is not only a boring way to waste a few seconds of our lives, but in the world of a writer it is akin to a cheesy parlor trick.

Do not lower yourself to writers block shenanigans! It is important to strive to improve yourself through intelligent discourse and interesting literature. Do not be afraid to take risks with your writing. My wife has told me that to attain universal acclaim in the contemporary world of literature, you must never write above a sixth grade level. She has advised not to descend into the realm of the lowest common denominator, but rather the median. While I understand her point, I fight it with every long-winded fibre [sic] in my body. The most gratifying literature I've read has challenged me to break out my trusty thesaurus in search of the authors' conspicuous sesquepedalian proclivities.

By repeating the topic at any point in the article is tantamount to someone with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder who has to repeat a certain tic before they tie their shoe-laces. It isn't needed, it adds nothing to the comprehension of the subject, nor does it allow any greater understanding of the writers' position. In summation... repeetin' yo'self is stuupit, an' ain't make no good diff'rence to you writin' type people.
