My favorite fast food is the Quiznos Traditional sub on whole wheat bread. The Traditional is stuffed with premium Roast beef, succulent turkey, scrumptious ham, golden cheddar, crisp lettuce, tomato slices and red onion. It is seasoned with black olives and a delicious dressing.

Although some critics do not classify Quiznos as fast food, in my experience their food is served as quickly as that of any other walk-in eatery. The difference is that Quiznos is not junk food. When you upgrade your sandwich, you can choose between a nice salad or crunchy whole grain baked snack chips along with a discounted beverage. Although the fountain drinks aren't particularly healthy, they sell bottled drinks of acceptable quality. At some of the locations it is even possible to get plain seltzer water on tap and they always have lemon wedges.

Whatever the brilliant chefs at Quiznos put in the rolls morphs into the very definition of wonderful after it has passed through those ingenious ovens they use to toast the sandwiches open-faced before assembling them for the customer. As if that crunchy crusty brown bread loaded with fixings were not enough, just check out the condiment tray-3 kinds of peppers, not including the red sauce, delightful honey-mustard, and all the extra salad dressing you could want. They even have horseradish sauce.

Yes, Quiznos is my favorite fast food because it is not only delicious, but it is healthy, too. Just be sure to ask for whole wheat when you order!
