No, it is not easy, but it is not very very hard if you know how to lose it. Commercials on T.V. that say how easy it is to use their product and lose weight instantly. They don't have to tell the whole truth. They have full rights to lie and advertise, it doesn't make anything as souped up as it sounds. Those people in the before and after photos can be two random people who are photo shopped up to look alike. Notice the small writing below the picture or screen that says "Results are not common," or "Results not usual." That really jumps out at you after you read it.
To lose weight it take hard work and exercise. Your diet isn't the whole part to losing weight either. You need lots of exercise and you need to get the proper amount of sleep. Even though both diet and physical activity play a huge role in weight loss, they work even better when used together. Such as, after working out or exercising you should have protein to help build muscle instead of fat. Nutrition has its timing. Another example is to not eat too right before you go to sleep. As you go to sleep after eating, your body has trouble digesting and it effects two parts of your weight control. Your body will toss and turn and you will not get very much sleep, and if you do it wont be as good as a nice deep sleep. And when you body goes to sleep digesting, you won't have very much energy to process the calories are mainly the nutrition and your body could store it off as fat.
Nutrition plays an important part in your weight as well as exercise. You should not completely remove anything from your body. You need fat, though not that much of it. Most of your sugars should come from fruits and vegetables. Refined sugar is hard for your body to break down, and usually gets stored off as fats when not used. One factor about weight loss is after someone quites smoking. Their body is used to having something in their mouth and need to replace it with something. As strange as that may seem, it is true. Try a different hobby like chewing gum (preferably sugarless). I have spoken my reasons why it is not easy to lose weight, but that doesn't make it entirely difficult. By eating the proper nutrition, exercising, and getting the proper amount of sleep, you can look the way you have always wanted to. Remember, you can weight more than you may already, but look skinnier. Muscle weights a lot more than fat does, and you weight more but look skinnier than someone else. But never try using bulimia or starvation, because it is unhealthy and could lead to anorexia. So work hard, and I can guarantee you will be happy with your results.
