Yes, once again even as she was about to die Tammy Faye exploited the public.
Larry King did not drag her in front of the camera, she went looking for publicity.
At around the same time, she appeared on several other shows, all of them the type that pay for interviews.
She looked bad, and she new she looked bad, but she wanted to stick it to the public one more time before she died.
She may also have been trying to publicly atone for the things that she and both her ex-husbands did to an unsuspecting public. The worst kind of sinner is one who uses the name of god to exploit others.
Her lifestyle at the peak of that exploitation, was built on the backs of people who believed she was doing the work of god. Many of those folks lived a pauper's life, while her dog had an air conditioned dog house, and she had diamond rings that would choke a chihuahua.
Yes, she exploited people as she was dying. She got more publicity, and a few more dollars.
