Recommendations: Pasta as a main dish

Pasta And Vegetables

The best pasta to use for this recipe is the wide noodles.

Cook 4 cups of noodles, measured before cooking.

In another kettle, steam:

1 cup of chopped onions
1 cop of chopped broccoli
1 cup of chopped carrots

When the noodles and the vegetables are cooked, add the vegetables to the noodles.

Add:
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
I cup of frozen peas
1/2 cup of milk

Stir and simmer until the mushroom soup has completely broken up.

Enjoy!
