Humans are humans and there are intelligent and not intelligent humans. Race has nothing to do with that whatsoever.
If you would want to prove that there are differences between races, then first you would have to come up with a definition of race. Someone from central Africa is black, someone from Scandinavia is white and someone from China is Asian. But people from North-east Africa? Are they black or Asian? And someone from the Middle East? Black, white, Asian or maybe a mixture of all three? And someone from Greece isn't really white, but not black or Asian either.
Conclusion: races are very subjective and in fact hardly exist. Besides, race is just something from the outside and your looks are determined by a very small number of genes. The rest of the genes make you who you are as a person, regardless of race.

So why the prejudice that some races are more intelligent than others? Usually that statement is made by whites who love to feel superior. But are they? Who determines what intelligence is then? If intelligence is something that whites determine using white standards from a white culture, then it's easy to say that other races aren't as intelligent as whites. But who says that the white standards are superior? A black or Asian person can be a lot more intelligent than a white, but in a totally different way, based on the local culture.

It's simple: all humans are equal, though we all look differently. So whoever dares to say that some races aren't as intelligent as others is a real dumbo.
