Even though midnight munching is really good,we should think how it affects our diet and our teeth.
Lots of people who are overweight and are on a diet,can't really see the choices of what their going to eat.Sometimes,they just get their refrigerator open and grab whatever they have in there.They are so asleep,that they pick what they want.The human mind doesn't have energy,their is a chemical inside the brain,that makes them fall asleep and is tired to power up energy to think and motivate.
The other thing that is bad about midnight munching is your teeth.Whitened teeth are whitened,but they get ruined.Did you know that bacteria can spread onyour teeth every 25 minutes? Well,I learned that If I'm tired or sleepy I will always wash my teeth if I eat something tasty or sweet,or anything that you can eat!
