Rock songs have changed the way we think, act and relate to one and another. They can over-ride the current established views of ourselves and culture and offer a new dimension to consider. With this in mind some of the most influential rock songs were wrote in the 60's.

Led Zeppelin: Whole lotta love; This song lured the listener into the first album made by the group. The album contains some very traditional blues, done "hard core style" and it worked. The songs deep blues roots echos the African-Americans struggle for freedom, and it sold and sold and still sells.

Beatles; Sargent Peppers Lonely Heart Club Band. Welcome to the new age of rock and roll and hold closely to the possibilities of living life. This album changed the way we think, the way we perceive one another and introduced electronic music. "I am he and you are me, and we are three, and we are all together." John Lennon and Paul McCartney.

Rolling Stones: High and Dry. Pure performance. Music coming right at you, on stage, and you had better get used to hit.

Hendrix; The wind cries Mary. Wanna play guitar, he set the bar and nobody has got even close.

The whole attitude of music that is played over the radio, sold or stoled was given life in the sixties. Rock music got its wings and learned to fly and become a media power!
