Why most geeks are Atheists. LOL. Oh my God. Ok. Why most geeks are Atheists is for the simple fact that they like to think for themselves and they are more analytical and more logical then people with weak minds who are easily willing to accept a belief system without an explanation behind it or fact and argument to back up it's claims. They realize that truth in reality, before religion, is perception, and that nothing supersedes this and that it is imperative to understand the nature of things before diving into something head first without a full understanding of it and a full understanding of self. You must be able to prove something to make it true. If you cannot prove something, then it can be interpreted or misinterpreted in a number of different ways which equates to perception or misconception, which is what we see in all sorts of religions today. There is no one truth. Only desire.
