Attributes successful entrepreneurs possess

I moved to Florida in 1976 to a huge 4000 sq. ft. house that I bought for $47,500 on just about two acres of land,we put down $12,500,that I got from my Inlaws, and he held a $35,000 mortgage. We lived right on McGregor blvd,on the same street as Thomas Edison, what a great location.Well you would never believe this but after braking down in Jacksonville with my vega sw,at mid-night,and finding a gas station open,God sent me a man that cut the cable on his garage door, and attach that cable on my clutch cable.I know that sounds impossible, but it's absolutely true. And guess what,he didn't charge me a dime! All he saw was a man with three children,a pug dog and a cat that was just about to give birth.THANK YOU LORD,For all those Miracles! I arrived at the house with $35.in my pocket, yes thirty five dollars,I told you, you wouldn't believe it! We never told my Inlaws, because they didn't know how bad we had it.The first thing I did the next day was to go to the largest dealership in town and meet with the used car manager named Larry Huges, and we hit it off like I was his brother. I told him of my dilemma and he told me not to worry for he was giving me about a dozen cars on they arm(loaning them to me, until I sold them)Again Thank You Lord!...Well I had 210 feet of lawn up front, and I used half of it,and to make long story shorter, I sold 26 cars from my lawn before the county finally closed me down, because I didn't have the right zoning,or license. By then I had many friends and was working out of a rich kids lot(Mike). His father George gave him the money, but he couldn't sell his way out of a paper bag,and really didn't like peopletoo much.I made a deal with his father to Buy the property and business for one hundred and ten thousand dollars, with no money down and $15oo.a month in a contract for deed purchase.I started selling cars right away, and got him out of many an over priced car, that he owned for too much money. His father got a big kick out of me,and was happy with our arrangement, and I finally sold his sons last car .A wonderful elderly gentleman walked in one day named Pat,and asked me what I thought his converted bus.(Motor Home) would bring on my lot. I told him I could get him about $15,000 for it,And I would keep ten percent of what it brought. In less then two weeks I sold it to a Church for $15,000.and my new friend was very happy. When he came to see me to get his money,I said instead of giving you $13,500.What if I give you nothing now, and
