SHADOW PEOPLE
The shadows dance upon the walls some are short and some are tall they curl over here and curve over there as they dance about without a single care.
It seems that shadows have a life of their own and who are we to say that they don't?
I've seen these shadows moving in shapes of men singled out across a wall or in numbers as high as ten.
Sometimes they seem alive and flee when they catch my eye and other times they comfort me when I finally break down and cry.
Sometimes I feel their presence but when I turn to look these shadow people hide away in the corners or in a nook.
I've heard of others that have seen them and some say that we're sneaking a peek of another world or a universe that you can find if you truly seek.
Some believe them to be evil and on sight quickly run away but me myself I just believe it's mankind's naivety.
What's good what's bad what's wrong what's right can any of us safely say? It seems our beliefs, laws and rules they change with each passing day.
The shadows are strong in magic you can feel it if you wish and believe me once you know what to look for it's pretty hard to miss.
They feel our magic just as strong and maybe that's why they come, to catch a glimpse of the shadows that are us on walls where they are from.
