MANITO AHBEE (place of beginning)
This home and all of its people are under the protection of The Great Creator.
The four winds are the guardians of the four corners.
The North Wind brings its strength and power.
The East Wind brings bright days and clear sight.
From The South Wind the cleansing of the soul.
From The West Wind there comes the teaching of the old ways.
No harm or disturbing influence shall be admitted into this household.
Only Truth, Love and Honesty shall be present at all time.
This is the way of The Great Spirit and is as it should be.
The home is the beginning this is where life starts.
The four winds bring life, sunshine to brighten the days, rain to refresh the earth and all its creatures. Without the four winds to distribute The Creators bounty, life would be without purpose. The home is the heart and it is here that The Creator gives life and love. It should be protected with such a prayer.
