lenient , what a joke , I grew up in calif. got out of school [yes I finished ] then started working , all went downhill from there ! no matter what job I held no matter what skill level, I consistantly lost jobs to ILLEGAL'S ,its not a good feeling to loose your job that you work hard at to a person who isn't even a citizen of the united states ! one job I lost I was a foreman only making $9 an hour ,one day I was replaced by four ILLEGALS , trust me they were not making the same pay ! things were so bad I left the state I moved to michigan things were o.k for a while but eventually it started here , many people here have lost there jobs to ILLEGALS and its not a pretty thing , unless you want to loose your job to an ILLEGAL speek out against this b/s we have plenty of skilled workers here to do the job ! buisnesses that hire them only do so to make more money , BY PAYING THEM LOW WAGES ,it's un american and it's illegal
