Questioning Gordon Brown's right to be Britain's prime minister

I feel that at sometime I must have missed a news bulletin or not read the papers for a day or even I may have been in some kind of coma because I can honestly say that I do not recall voting in any election which said that I wanted Gordon Brown as Prime Minister of my country.

What I do recall is Tony Blair stating at the last General Election that he wanted voters to put him back into office to serve another full term.

So how is it that in Britain we have a Prime Minister that was not elected by the people?

On the day that he took over you would have thought that he belonged to another Party. There he stood on the steps of 10 Downing Street boldly stating his intentions and for a minute I thought "Good For You".

Then I was jolted back to reality.

Gordon Brown - Labour Party - same as Tony Blair. He only lived at number eleven which was next door. He attended the Cabinet meetings chaired by Tony Blair. He was in on the major decisions while Blair was Prime Minister. He was the Chancellor appointed by Blair.

Has anything really changed then?

Of course it hasn't. Here is a man who has been part and parcel of everything that has occurred in this country since his Party was elected ten years ago.

Let us not kid ourselves that anything has changed. The Labour Party policies are still in place. Just someone else is in residence now to answer the door.

The British people have endured enough. Immigration in chaos. The National Health Service in a mess. Pensions in disarray. Mass emigration by British Nationals. Overcrowded prisons. Law and Order floundering with slack sentencing and no support for victims. Human Rights Laws being exploited. Terrorists residing in the country. A war in Iraq lacking purpose with many casualties. A Police Force not being allowed to provide a proper service. The list is endless.

So has anything really changed?

Of course it hasn't!

Same old problems. Different face in charge.

This once great nation has lost it's identity. And it is too late to resolve the matter. Great Britain will never be the same.

God Save The Queen and God protect the rest of us from the total mess our country has got itself into.
