Adding 2000 steps to your day seems a high effort but you can also spread your extra steps out during the day. This is often easier than you imagine and only a matter of changing your lifestyle. We have to admit that we often choose for the easiest solution. Try to avoid this and you will notice that you add easy a lot of extra steps to your day.
*If you drive by car to your work or you drive somewhere else for shopping; try to find a parking which is located but search one some distance further and take a walk to your destination. Are you going to your work by car; take the second last stop and so you walk a little bit longer to your home.
*When you watch television don't use the remote control if you switch
