*Don't choose always for the easiest way! For example, instead of taking the elevator you can better take the stairs. Do you realize how many times you can avoid taking the elevator? Especially people who are living in an apartment take easier the elevator instead of going up and down stairs. It is faster and doesn't require much energy. Not only people living in apartments take elevators. Do you realize how many times you use the elevator if you go shopping, in a hospital for visiting a patient, in a hotel for going to the second or third flour, in a theatre or many other places where they have an elevator? We have to admit that we often choose for the easiest solution. Try to avoid this and you will notice that you add easy a lot of extra steps to your day.

*If you drive by car to your work or you drive somewhere else for shopping; try to find a parking which is located but search one some distance further and take a walk to your destination. Are you going to your work by car; take the second last stop and so you walk a little bit longer to your home.

*When you watch television don't use the remote control if you switch
