Growing up in a rather privileged family back in England, I was used to taking very good care of my skin from the time I was young. When I came to North America it astonished me how rarely North American women exfoliated their skin and seemed to think it dangerous. Bah Humbug! I shall be 53 next month and people are always asking me what I do to have such skin. Four basic things really. Exfoliation every single night with a good glycolic acid pad,( Dr Denese pads are to die for!) lots of water, enough deep rem sleep and the fourth thing? SUNCREEN! Now that we've dealt with the face, let's move on to whole body. Guess what? SAME things! Exfoliation, water, sleep and protect from the sun. Now, a word regarding cosmetics out there. Lots of hype with very little ingredient. Research your hearts out before buying. Most of the store glycolic acid pads for instant have very little concentrations of glycolic acid. Here's a good hint for you. If your skin isn't tingling and buzzing after exfoliation? Throw....IT.... OUT.... your exfoliation item, not your face!
