Emotions, self consciousness and a touch of inferiority.

Women tend to be the more emotional partner. What happens between the sheets is not just pleasurable, but it is also an act of love, passion and the joining of two beings. This is what tends to go through a lot of women's minds while in bed or even after the action. While women have their raging moments, this occurs selectively. Not because they feel lazy, but sometimes it seems more appropriate to 'let the love flow throw each other' as opposed to thrusting it in!

Women worry that they don't look nice in bed. While some worry about their facial appearance, most are conscious of their bodies. It is a well known fact that women are more aware of their body shapes than men. The slightest imperfection can trigger a sense of self consciousness thus making them less likely to perform more outrageously.

Men have a natural aggressiveness to assert themselves more in bed. What aggressiveness a woman will display in bed, a man can push that much harder.

Masculinity and femininity falls into this as well. Men live up to their masculine persona's. Their innate ambitions to perform to their highest potential is always at work. While men are hard at work, femininity kicks in with women. An aggressive woman is not feminine; therefore it is all left to the 'strong man'.

These are a few pointers for both men and women to bare in mind. Perhaps partners should discuss their thoughts and feelings on the subject more openly and not be shy to say what they like and don't like. It is helpful for each person to know exactly what the other partner feels and likes. This will automatically make each person feel much more comfortable. After all, it is impossible to read each other's minds.

As the talking becomes more frequent, the action will become more aggressive!
