TACO SOUP

Do you enjoy the spicy side of food? A good friend passed this recipe on to me and I hope you all enjoy. Please be advised, this recipe will make a lot of soup! Be prepared for lots of leftover, unless you have to feed a small army.

Ingredients:
1 package Taco seasoning mix
1 package Ranch Dressing mix
2 lb hamburger
1 med onion, chopped
2-3 cups of water

1 can EACH:
Red Beans
Navy Beans
Pinto Beans
Black Beans
Chili Beans
*DO NOT DRAIN*
2 cans EACH:
Sweet kernel corn
ROTEL tomatoes

Cooking:
Brown hamburger and onion in a frying pan, drain and set aside
In a big soup pot, mix 2-3 cups of water, taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix and bring to small boil.
Add hamburger, beans, corn and ROTEL tomatoes. Be sure to not drain the beans, corn or ROTEL.
Let simmer on stove top for 45 minutes.

Garnish with salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chips for dipping! Tostitos with a hint of lime is the best chip to use.

Please note, you can set your desired spiciness when selecting the ROTEL. They offer a wide variety from mild to extra spicy hot! READ THE LABEL to be sure.

This is a great party soup, or for those pot lucks at work!
