This is a very interesting and agonizing topic. Firstly, I felt that racism is worse than gender discrimination because for some reason I felt the roots were deeper and human rights should be more important than gender bias. Women have always been seen as less important to men. From cavemen dragging their women, to women covering up completely because a man says so, woman have been discriminated upon creating a sense of racism towards them. Ultimately, gender discrimination can be embedded into racism and make it overwhelmingly worse.

A woman not receiving the same amount of salary a man receives for the same job is unacceptable. A man not getting promoted before a woman he performed finer than is unacceptable. It doesn't matter whose team you are rooting for, discrimination should cease. Media, along with history, has painted the image of the woman as a kind of being who have had to fight for the same rights as men, and still today face more discrimination than men do. I have had approximately seven careers, or jobs if you will, and not one woman reigned on the very top. From small business, to corporate America at it's best, top one hundred out of five hundred, finely tuned companies, all who have shown me that women still fight for equal rights, as clear as the sunniest day.

Enslaved people are less important than discriminated women because in a way women are enslaved. They are captured in a cycle to always be one step lower on the pedestal, silver and not gold, thriving to be the best, for a woman.
