Why does America always seem to have an enemy?

Anyone who is rich and powerful is bound to have enemies, even the United States of America. People around the world are jealous of what we have achieved. Some of them are jealous and want to become like us, but others have the kind of jealousy that makes them want to take us down. They can't stand for anyone else to have what they do not have.

A second reason the U.S. always has enemies, is that it stands for right in the world. There are a lot of greedy, evil people, and they don't like it when someone tells them they can't do that. These groups (or countries) know they cannot succeed at their evil plans as long as the U.S. is willing to stand against them.

A third reason is that the U.S. is too nice. People take advantage because they know they can. This is why we have millions of illegals running around our country. They all want in, but it is often so they can take advantage of the 'niceness' of a country that will treat them way too kindly, even though they are law-breakers. Often on the school yard, it is the bully that is 'respected', and that's true in the world's school yard. They may not like the 'bully', but they respect him.

Am I advocating that the U.S. become a big bully? NOT, but we do need to take better care of our own and stop giving everything to others. The U.S. will always have enemies as long as it is a power in the world. Hopefully, we will continue to have a land that makes enemies, because that's what makes us great.
