Do not shy away from this type of networking because it seems too childish, because even some childish sites can bring in much in the way of revenue. Plus, websites that cater to the less-professional side of life may just reward you with a partnership that can sky-rocket your business. That is not to say, of course, that professional networking websites are not comparable. Professional networking sites give the entrepreneur a place to find professional partnerships with ease. These contacts and partners, also, will be more apt to maintain a higher standard of excellence as well as a chance to branch out the network to even more professionals. Either way is an excellent beginning.

Word-of-mouth is another great way to network. By word-of-mouth I also imply spreading the word of the business and products through business cards and fliers.
