good you are at tailback, having great hands and being able to run good routes will double your worth in Fantasy Sports and with your success in the National Football League. Barry Sanders did this exceptionally well (hence his near 3,000 career receiving yards and 10 career receiving touchdowns in his incredible 10 year career. He is not a Steven Jackson, Brian Westbrook or Maurice Jones-Drew as far as ability to catch.
6) Poise /// Barry Sanders had great poise. He was stable and made a great teammate. When he fumbled or was tackled for negative yardage, he would get back up and get at them the next run. I will quote Steven Jackson here, "Each down is a battle, each drive is a war."
7) Edge /// Everyone has their different opinions of what "edge" actually is. My interpretation is the following. Knowing the "soft spots" in your defense and knowing what side of the front seven is easiest to run on. This is also creating space within your blocker. When you have wisdom for football (which Barry Sanders did) you need to use your blockers to your advantage as much as you can and talk on the field to them (at least point). Edge is also the charisma and intimidation you bring to the field every Sunday (occasionally Monday) I believe have "edge" is the most important.
Barry Sanders (like I said before) had all seven of these and used them incredibly to fool defenses and win games. This is why he is the best running back in National Football League history.
